IDK (Ignorantly Delivering Knowledge) is an exceptional talent to watch these days. Since he first introduced himself in the industry back in 2014, he’s been destined for greatness and the stars have been aligned for him ever since. He’s managed to stay true to himself without forfeiting his sound or deviating from his game plan. His sophomore project USEE4YOURSELF is audible proof that he’s here to stay.

He’s always placed equal importance on lyricism, flow and beat selection. Because of this, IDK has become one of the industry’s most adventurous voices. Any time he drops, a true fan of IDK would know that it will be unpredictable.

Serving as the follow up to his debut album Is He Real (released in 2019), IDK gives his fans exactly what they wanted on USee4Yourself — heat. The singles on USEE4YOURSELF showcase IDK’s skills as he goes toe-to-toe with two of rap’s best spitters, the YSL’s Young Thug and Migos’ Offset. Standing tall alongside giants, IDK proves he can hang wherever he wants as he utilizes his interchanging flows to move through trap instrumentals. “Pradadabang” is a great example, starting with a clean-cut verse full of Thug’s usual tricks, it’s a track where you can see IDK going crazy out the gate: “Name one nigga that live what they talkin’ ’bout / Death to a nigga that lie on the trap house”.

IDK recruits YungManny, Rico Nasty, Big Flock, and more for “495” single

Speaking with NME last year, the rapper spoke on being locked up and mapping out his life — which ultimately leads to his success today: “In prison, you have nothing but your mind: there are so many limitations to what you can do — Prison was the first time that I used that part of my brain: I made a plan to be a rapper, mapped it out and then actually executed it.”
